PREPAID POOL SERVICE CALL - PRIORITY SERVICE QUEUE
Our standard service call involves a Trip Charge that does not include parts or labour. Labour is billed in 15 minute intervals. Once on-site, we diagnose the issue and advise you of our recommendations. Ideally we won't need any parts and will resolve the issue during the initial visit, however, if we do need parts or if the resolution requires a return visit, we will provide you with a quote at that time. If we have the necessary parts in stock, we will attempt to resolve the issue that same day. A service representative will contact you to confirm the scheduling of your service call once it is booked.
