Our closing services will protect your pool from damage due to freezing water and keep it as clean as possible for the next season. Closing your swimming pool properly can save you a lot of work when it comes time to open the swimming pool for the summer as well as potential damage that could occur if closed incorrectly.
BASIC POOL CLOSING $325
SERVICE PROVIDED:
- Blow out lines
- Add antifreeze/winter chemicals
- Drain pool equipment
- Remove filter cartridges (if applicable)
- Install winter plugs
- Remove ladder/handrails
- Close automatic cover system (if applicable)
- Store parts on site – plugs, returns, fittings, handrail, ladder
**Pool drain not included
*Prices do not include chemicals or taxes, Anti-freeze/chemicals are extra

Analyze water sample and add balancing products- $145 plus product cost

Sunshine Pools recommends winterizing your pool with Bio Guard’s Hibernate – Algaecide prevention.
For base pool close packages, your pool must be drained prior to scheduled appointment
3” to 4” below returns. If you have an Auto cover there is no need to drain.
If you neglect to drain your pool prior to arrival and the technician has to drain, you will be charged $125.00 to drain.
**Extra charges may apply for winterizing solar panels, vanishing edges, water features, slides, deck jets, water falls, swim jets and any other water features that may need winterizing.
**Cancellations must be sent via email 24hours prior to your appointment or a $105.00 trip will be applied.
